Who we are

What we collect
- Quote requests. The postcodes you are moving between, your moving date, home size, the extras you tick, your name, mobile and, if you give it, your email.
- Trade enquiries. Your business name, contact name, mobile, email, the areas you cover, what you are after and your fleet size.
- Nothing else. There is no advertising, no ad network, no tracking pixel and no third-party analytics on this site. The calculator runs in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.
Why we collect it
To pass your request to removalists who can quote on it, and to answer trade enquiries. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to market unrelated products.
Who we share it with
Quote requests are shared with removal businesses that cover your route so they can contact you with a quote. Form submissions are handled by the form provider configured for this site. Removalists who receive your details are responsible for their own handling of them under the Privacy Act.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD - SET BEFORE LAUNCH] and then deleted. Trade enquiries are kept while there is an active business relationship.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL - REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
